Ownership, third-party licenses and handover formats are defined in the project agreement. Tell us early if you need editable files, source code, documentation or deployment access so they can be included in the scope.

Ongoing technical, creative and operational support can be arranged. We agree the included tasks, response expectations, review process and support period in writing.

We start with the suitability of the use case, data permissions and an evaluation plan. We consider privacy, failure modes, limitations and human review, and avoid treating model outputs as guaranteed facts.
