Your trust.
Handled with care.

Information you choose to share

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email address and message. You may also share your company, service interests, indicative budget, career interests or a portfolio link. Required fields are marked. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the forms.

How we use it

We use the details you submit to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects and consider career introductions. We do not add form submissions to a marketing mailing list. Career introductions are directed to hr@eternalpace.com; other inquiries are directed to contact@eternalpace.com.

Cookies and technical information

The site uses a first-party session cookie for form security and to display submission feedback. A local preference records whether you have paused decorative motion. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included in this website.

Our hosting provider may record request information such as IP address, browser details and the pages requested in its server logs. A temporary form rate limit uses a hashed IP identifier and submission timestamps to reduce abuse. It does not retain the contents of your message.

Messages and service providers

Messages submitted through the form are passed to our hosting provider’s email system. Email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering those services. A browser session may temporarily retain form entries so that a failed submission can be corrected. A successful submission clears those entries from the form session.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed for the conversation, an ongoing relationship or applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared by writing to contact@eternalpace.com. Please identify the correspondence involved so we can locate it.
