Design & brand experiences

Make the right impression. Make it last.

A strong brand connects what you believe with what people experience. We work across identity, interface and communication design to give your business a coherent visual language and your customers a clearer experience.

THE THINKING BEHIND THE WORKDESIGN / ETERNALPACE

01 / The right starting point

A clear idea. A recognisable expression.

Identity is more than a logo, and interface design is more than a collection of screens. We connect your position, audience and personality with a visual system people can recognise and use. That system can extend from naming and brand direction to product journeys, websites, presentations and the small details of daily communication.

02 / HOW THE PIECES CONNECT

See the work.
Understand the connections.

A connected design process: each application should trace back to a clear idea, with room to evolve as the brand grows.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW · TAILORED TO YOUR PROJECT

03 / From a question to a useful outcome

A considered process.
A clear next step.

Each stage has a purpose, a conversation and something concrete to review. The plan adapts to the complexity of your project.

01

Understand the character

Explore your audience, context, offer and the impression you want to make. We define the problem and gather references around a shared direction rather than a collection of unrelated preferences.

02

Explore with purpose

Develop distinct creative routes or user-experience concepts. We explain the thinking behind them and use agreed criteria to choose which direction deserves further development.

03

Make the system work

Refine typography, colour, grids, components and key applications. For interfaces, we map behaviour and states; for identity, we test the mark and visual language in real contexts.

04

Equip the team

Prepare the agreed editable files, exports and usage guidance. A handover explains how to apply the system consistently and what needs specialist attention as new applications are created.

04 / Quality with a purpose

What deserves
a closer look.

Quality means checking the things that matter for this particular service. These are examples of the review points we can build into your scope.

Review lensWhat we examineHow it informs the work

UsabilityHierarchy, navigation and interface statesTest important flows with realistic content

05 / Clear expectations, from the start

What delivery can look like.

  • A creative direction grounded in your audience
  • Design concepts with structured review rounds
  • Final assets in the agreed source and export formats
  • Brand or interface usage guidelines

Exact deliverables, revisions, timeline and ownership are agreed in your proposal.

06 / Ideas to get you thinking

A few ways
this could work.

01

A new identity that works consistently across a website, social channels and presentations.

02

A product interface that makes a complicated task easier to understand.

03

A campaign system that can adapt to different channels without losing its character.

Illustrative applications to help shape your brief.

07 / Let’s make a useful start

Bring the question.
We’ll shape the brief.

You don’t need a finished specification. A little context helps us ask better questions and recommend a sensible first step.

  1. 01

Your story, audience and the business or product challenge behind the design.

  2. 02

Existing identity files, content and any brand rules we should respect.

  3. 03

The applications you need first and the people who will review the work.

Discuss your project

08 / A little more clarity

Before we begin.

Can you design just a logo or a single interface?

Yes. We can scope a focused deliverable or a broader identity and product system. We will still establish the context needed to make that piece work in its intended setting.

How does feedback work?

We agree review rounds and decision makers at the start. Feedback is collected against the brief so the work develops coherently, with scope changes discussed before additional production.

Will we receive editable files?

Editable source files and the required exports can be included in the agreement. Font, image and third-party asset licences are identified separately so your team understands permitted use.

Better, together

Connect the possibilities.

The strongest solutions often bring more than one discipline together. These services connect naturally with this work.
